The "ITNH Series" is a PSA nitrogen gas generation system that uses low-noise, long-life oil-free compressors manufactured by domestic companies. Additionally, it is equipped with a constant flow control valve as standard, which means it is not affected by pressure fluctuations on the secondary side. The device has a built-in water drain vaporizer, allowing it to be installed in various locations. IBS's "Gas Generation System" is supplied as OEM to various companies. <Increased Output Volume and Discharge Pressure> We have adopted a low-noise, long-life oil-free compressor made by a domestic manufacturer, achieving a performance increase of 10-20% in flow rate compared to conventional models, with a significant increase in discharge pressure as well. Additionally, a constant flow control valve is standardly equipped for flow rate adjustment, which prevents the influence of pressure fluctuations on the secondary side. The device has a built-in water drain vaporizer, allowing for flexible installation locations. *By incorporating an electronic pressure switch, it can detect the pressure of the N2 tank and support automatic operation (optional). <Revamped Microcontroller Control Circuit> The LCD display has been changed to four lines, significantly increasing the amount of information displayed.
