This is a nitrogen gas generation system capable of controlling multiple units. It consists of a master unit with control functions and several slave units that are PSA units only. The number of operating slave units can be controlled via the touch panel of the master unit according to the required amount of nitrogen gas, making it a revolutionary PSA system. <Control Operation by Number of Units> This PSA can be used with just the master unit in preparation for future expansions, and by combining it with slave units, it offers many advantages. Since the master unit comprehensively controls the slave units, when considering an increase in N2 generation by doubling it, additional slave units can be added at half the cost of the master unit. Furthermore, the operation of the slave units can be stopped according to usage, allowing for a reduction in power consumption. <High Discharge Pressure> Conventional two-tower PSAs operate with two adsorption towers alternately adsorbing and desorbing, resulting in intermittent N2 gas generation. However, when combined with slave units, this PSA forms a multiple structure of 2 to 4 units, allowing for the timing of adsorption and desorption phases to be staggered at equal intervals, thereby achieving nearly continuous N2 gas generation.
