At Zatsugawa Mold, we are engaged in the design and development of molds for automotive plastic parts, manufacturing, and prototype trials of molds produced in-house, as well as mass production of molded products. We obtained ISO 9001 certification in October 2006 and have established a system in the mold manufacturing department that fully reflects and satisfies customer quality requirements in the mold production specifications, providing molds that enable stable and continuous molding production activities to our customers. We strictly manage the product data provided by our customers, building a relationship of trust with them. Based on the product data, we verify the consistency with the molds and advance the design and modeling in detail using 3D CAD. In the processing stage, we operate high-speed machining centers 24 hours a day on weekends as well, significantly reducing the lead time for mold production. In terms of cost, we procure mold bases and mold components from overseas to compete effectively in a tough price competition. In the molding division, we utilize the ISO system for thorough quality control and production management in the molding production of related parts for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicle headlamps, electrical components, and vehicle interior parts, consistently achieving an optimal production management system and environment that earns the trust of our customers.
