Calibration is very important for ensuring that measurements are safe and accurate when using measuring instruments. Regardless of how high-quality the instruments are, errors can occur due to the environment and usage. By calibrating, we can accurately understand the condition of the measuring instruments, allowing for precise measurements. To ensure that our products can be used safely over a long period, we offer ongoing repair, inspection, and calibration services, striving to improve customer satisfaction.

● Pickup Repair, Inspection, and Calibration Services By stocking maintenance circuit boards and parts for major products, we have established a system for quick pickup repairs domestically, striving to shorten repair times. For products that are not in stock, please inquire separately about the repair period. Calibration of measuring instruments is performed based on in-house standard instruments calibrated in the Chroma ATE Inc. calibration room, confirming functional characteristics and general calibration. If a malfunction is identified during calibration, we will contact the customer regarding the problem area and necessary actions, and we will ask for their response. If repair is desired, we will proceed with the repair process. For products that cannot be calibrated under ISO/IEC 17025 certification or domestically, calibration will be conducted by Chroma ATE Inc. or a partner company. ● Regarding Shipping Fees Shipping costs for both outbound and return will be borne by the customer. When sending from the customer to our company, it will be prepaid, and return shipping costs will be billed as additional expenses or handled as cash on delivery. Our company will not be responsible for any issues such as damage to calibrated items during transportation.
