"LETHER-α" is a robot developed specifically for soldering, enabling a reduction in total soldering time. It overcomes the challenges posed by retrofitting solder that does not interfere with the mounting machine, achieving labor-saving and automation. Without the need to replace the solder feeding mechanism, it realizes both slide soldering and point soldering, and through our unique approach, it supports high-quality lead-free soldering without the addition of auxiliary devices. The soldering tip adopts a new structure that requires no adjustment, using a shorter tip that is less prone to loosening, taking thermal expansion into account. The mechanism allows the tip to correct for misalignment of component pins, effectively addressing unsoldered areas. Each of the solder storage and solder supply sections is equipped with its own feeding motor, significantly improving solder feeding accuracy through synchronized operation while ensuring high-quality processing.
