Hashimoto Iron Works, with 58 years of experience in the press die industry, makes this proposal!
Specially shaped processing parts can be manufactured by processing metal pipes into a spiral shape. Compared to straight pipes, they have higher resistance to external pressure and can change flow rate and velocity. Hole-punched processing parts can create various holes at any location by punching through the metal pipe from the inside to the outside. The hole-punching process from the inside to the outside results in a cut edge (exit) with a fracture surface and burrs on the outside, making the processing of these burrs easier. Previously, it was considered impossible to perform drawing processing on stainless steel pipes with a wall thickness of over 2mm, but by using a press die specification, the versatility of stainless steel pipes has significantly increased. basic information
【Features of Uniquely Shaped Processed Parts】 ○ Higher resistance to external pressure compared to straight pipes (improved seismic resistance) ○ Ability to change flow rate and flow velocity (suitable for heat exchangers) ○ Spiral structure allows the medium inside the pipe to swirl ○ Seismic resistance → Does not get crushed → Provides shock absorption 【Features of Hole-Punched Processed Parts】 ○ Hole punching from the inside to the outside → Burrs form on the outside, making burr treatment easier ○ Hole shape and drilling position can be customized → Any shape of hole punching is easy → Processing at any desired location (e.g., the middle of a 4m length) ○ Improved accuracy and uniformity → Uniform processing with press die specifications → One-push burr-free processing (can be processed in a few seconds) ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Hashimoto Iron Works Co., Ltd. is a company that designs and manufactures press molds and creates processing systems. The "Law on the Advancement of Manufacturing Infrastructure Technologies for Small and Medium Enterprises" was promulgated on April 20, 2006, and came into effect on June 13, 2006. The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency has various support measures for small and medium enterprises that are responsible for manufacturing infrastructure technologies based on this law. Among these, we applied to the Chubu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry for certification under (3) support through commissioned projects [Strategic Infrastructure Technology Advancement Support Project] for the research and development project being conducted by the Green Pipe Division and submitted a proposal. The project name is "Development of Inner Press Processing Technology for Metal Pipes." In the research and development, we aim to commercialize products such as flexible processing steel pipes, joint systems, and flexible mold systems (molds + processing parts).
