"Competency Evaluation Management System" - Managing the transmission of technology and skills through a system.

The competency evaluation management system is a system that regularly monitors and manages the transfer of skills from skilled workers to younger employees, for example, in the manufacturing industry.

The "Occupational Competency Evaluation Standards" adopted by this competency evaluation management system are evaluation items (46 industries, 230 occupations) provided by the Central Association for Vocational Skill Development of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. These items can be downloaded from the association's website, allowing them to be compiled into a database and enabling the creation of competency evaluation sheets using dbSheetClient. Additionally, the "Standards Master" section can be easily modified or added to, so any changes can be immediately reflected in the evaluation sheets. All evaluation information can be centrally managed in the database. Therefore, the evaluation information entered by both the individual and their supervisor can be shared, and a system can be created to allow others, if necessary, to reference it.
