We are capable of processing press products with a thickness of 0.1mm to 4.5mm and also support small lot production using multi-pacers. We can handle materials including iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. We perform product processing of various shapes with progressive presses ranging from 45t to 200t (including in-house maintenance of molds during production). It is not an exaggeration to say that "the precision of molds is crucial in press processing," and we constantly strive to improve design and part processing, aiming for mold creation at the micron level.
