Successfully machined a thin plate made of material A7075, with a shape of Φ350 and a thickness of 8 mm, to a thickness of 1.2 mm and a flatness accuracy of 50 μm.

We achieved a thickness of 1.2 mm and a flatness of 50 μm by machining a thin plate made of material A7075 with a shape of Φ350 and a thickness of 8 mm. During the machining process, distortion occurs, so we repeat the processes of cutting, heat treatment, and then cutting again to complete the work.
