Efforts have been made in the processing to prevent burrs from occurring in the knurling section.
As a machining example from Nagaoka Seiki, we introduce the appearance of our work. For automotive parts made from C3604 material, we have implemented techniques in the machining process to prevent burrs from forming in the knurled areas (the burrs indicated by the arrows in the image are being processed to avoid formation). At Nagaoka Seiki Manufacturing, we accept precision machining of parts using NC automatic lathes, from common materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass to difficult-to-machine materials.
