This service offers measurement using a non-contact three-dimensional measuring machine (three-dimensional digitizer) based on optical technology. Since measurements are conducted through camera imaging, we can quickly respond to a wide range of areas. By simply changing the lens (measurement range), it can adapt to various requirements, making it useful across a wide range of industries. It is suitable for all measurement tasks, including product and mold inspection, comparison of measured point cloud data with design value CAD, three-dimensional modeling, and reverse engineering. Additionally, as the measuring device is portable, we can also accommodate measurements on-site. We can perform measurements for confidential work that cannot be taken outside, as well as for heavy or large workpieces that cannot be moved, according to your needs. *By using it in conjunction with TRITOP, it is possible to measure even larger objects. Furthermore, by combining it with our stationary three-dimensional measuring machine (contact type), we can propose even higher precision measurement methods.

● STL conversion from measurement data and 3D alignment with CAD models STEP 1 Measurement We capture images with a camera to measure the shape. Measurements can be taken in a short time of about 2 seconds per shot. By using a lens suitable for the size of the object being measured, we can achieve more accurate measurements. STEP 2 STL conversion of measurement data (polygonization) → Alignment with CAD model - Best fit alignment from the overall shape - Best fit alignment from a specific area - 3-2-1 alignment from an arbitrary plane (3 points), line (2 points), or point (1 point) Various alignment methods are available, so please confirm at the time of your request. STEP 3 3D Comparison Once the alignment between the STL data (measurement data) and the 3D model is complete, we output the discrepancies with the model using "color maps," "deviation labels," etc. ● Nationwide on-site measurement For customers who cannot send large or heavy workpieces, or who cannot take workpieces outside due to confidentiality concerns, we bring measuring equipment to the site to perform dimensional measurements and comparative evaluations.
