The ES-642 remote dust monitor is designed to accurately measure particle concentration (PM2.5) both indoors and outdoors.
The ES-642 remote dust monitor is an industrial air quality sensor designed to accurately measure particle concentration in both indoor and outdoor environments. The unit is housed in a waterproof case. The LCD display shows particle concentration, flow rate, equipment status, and power information. The electrical and optical systems are protected from condensation by a built-in heater that controls humidity, with the heater's power adjusted to maintain minimal humidity. The ES-642 employs a high-sensitivity forward-scattering laser nephelometer with a measurement range of 0 to 100 mg/m³ or 0 to 100,000 µg/m³ for particle concentration. An optional sharp-cut cyclone is used to set measurement levels. By adding the sharp-cut cyclone, it is possible to set particles smaller than PM10 or particles smaller than PM2.5 and PM1.0, providing monitoring for TSP (Total Suspended Particles).
