At Kyoshin Technical Co., Ltd., we perform sheet metal processing of iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. As an example of stainless steel welding, a container measuring W1000×D800×H500 features bends with different radii from three directions, making it a product that appears simple but requires technical skill. A 20A pipe bent to match the main body is welded around the sides with t6 FB as reinforcement. The SUS tank for high-pressure power sources has a cylindrical shape with edges processed into an inward radius. Although this shape is typically processed by pressing, we manufacture it using our sheet metal technology, allowing for a clean inward radius processing with the use of jigs. Additionally, the shell (SUS304 t2) was previously deemed impossible to manufacture by another company at the customer's request, but with our technology, the customer was satisfied with the finish, and it is difficult to discern where the welding is done on the corners that are shaped into a radius. In stainless steel welding, we specialize in argon welding, which is highly regarded by food processing machine manufacturers, high-pressure power supply manufacturers, and in the field of ultrasonics for its beautiful welds.
