By passing slit coils through forming rolls for cold rolling of plate thickness and width, we can perform cutting, hole punching, corner cutting, and bending processing all in one line. Supply as parts is also possible. We can create both rounded and sharp edge shapes. In particular, the rounded shape is safe to touch by hand due to its curvature. Please consult us about your desired shape for irregular forms. It is possible to produce flat steel while maintaining the characteristics of the input raw material. Currently, we are using SAPH-440 for automotive applications to produce automotive parts. Slit flat steel is primarily manufactured from pickled material, which, unlike regular black skin material, has no surface scale and is excellent for processes such as pressing. Additionally, it can serve as a substitute for polished flat steel, leading to cost reductions.
