RecoFrame is a structural aluminum frame system. Its most notable feature, the unique "T-lock connection," provides a beautiful appearance and allows for speedy and easy assembly. Reduce: Simple design, smart components, and lightweight materials for resource conservation. Reuse: Disassembly is also quick. It accommodates resizing of RecoFrame that has completed its purpose. Resizing only incurs processing costs, making it very economical. Recycle: RecoFrame is made of aluminum with excellent recyclability. [Basic Composition] RecoFrame consists of: ■ Frame ■ Lock System ■ Accessory Parts ■ Base Parts ■ Panel System ■ Door System These elements are composed in two series: the 25 series based on a 25mm cross-section and the 40 series based on a 40mm cross-section, catering to a wide range of structural applications. [T-lock Connection] The assembly of the frame can be done using only two types of components: the "T-lock" and the "taper bolt." Simply insert the T-lock into the groove of the frame and tighten the taper bolt.

【LECOFRAME story】 The first aluminum frame system I encountered was a product developed in Germany. I was amazed by its excellent structure and the variety it offered, and above all, I was impressed by the development philosophy that thoroughly pursued the possibilities of aluminum profiles. At that time, there were some domestic products, but many of them had a simple configuration connected by L brackets, and they felt lacking in innovation. As I utilized German-made frames in the structures of automatic machines and inspection equipment, I began to feel that the most important element of aluminum frames was the connection method, and I thought there must be better connection methods available. The theme was "simple, strong, and able to connect internally." The result of this was the 【T-Lock connection】. At that time, Yuki Giken was a small company operated by about seven staff members, but we were convinced of the usefulness of the 【T-Lock connection】 and commercialized it as LECOFRAME. Structural materials related to FA (Factory Automation) are gradually shifting from steel frames to aluminum frames due to their appealing characteristics such as no need for welding, no need for painting, and adaptability to changes. Our main machinery division has also shifted the enclosures from steel to aluminum. However, conventional connection methods using standard brackets have shortcomings in terms of precision, strength, and design flexibility, often spoiling the advantages of aluminum frames. RecoFrame is a structural aluminum frame system developed through such experiences.
