Nadaka Seiko Co., Ltd. realizes "from prototyping to mass production" of machined products using composite lathes and machining centers. We handle prototype machining of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and difficult-to-cut materials, as well as mass production machining of general steel materials, drawn materials, forging, and casting. We support the machining of prototypes, the ramp-up to mass production, and mass production machining. Our machining equipment includes NC lathes, machining centers, and grinding machines. Our headquarters in Japan handles everything from prototypes to mass production, while our factory in Thailand focuses on mass production machining. We have a processing track record of 1 to 160,000 pieces per month. To improve productivity, we accommodate production and management through process segmentation. The photo shows a sample product made for display at Nadaka Seiko. Since it is made from bar materials, it is suitable for mass production.
