In the case of composite processing that incorporates ceramic insulators into SUS spring material (0.1t), a 0.8t steatite holder was supplied into the mold using PF to protect the 0.2mm wide ultra-fine ribs, achieving all processes of blanking, bending, and insulator incorporation within a single multi-processing cycle. In a case where large forming machine (ZUB360) was utilized to its full capacity for curl forming processing, a more than 40% rationalization was achieved by changing the production method from the conventional process of pipe cutting - machining - blanking to a method of irregular material pressing - forming and riveting - inner pipe insertion.
