We have 10 types of materials in round bar shape and 9 types in pipe shape available as standard stock.
The main product of the copper alloy division, oil-impregnated KS bronze (equivalent to Oiless #600), is used in bearing components and helps reduce the frequency and amount of lubrication required for the bearings. As processing materials, we stock 10 types in round bar shape (outer diameter 16-61, length 202) and 9 types in pipe shape (outer diameter 31-61, wall thickness 6-8.5, length 202) as standard inventory. We will deliver the optimal shape products (raw materials) as per customer orders after performing primary oil-impregnation treatment.
