We are challenging ourselves to develop new products and contribute to global environmental development using a variety of materials, not limited to stainless steel, iron, and aluminum. Maruchou Metal has a main factory, a second factory, and a prototype and research building. The main factory primarily focuses on spinning processing (shearing). We are equipped with three spinning processing machines and eight manual spinning lathes to handle various products. The second factory is equipped for both spinning processing and pressing. It has five spinning processing machines and twelve presses, completing processes up to surface treatment, including post-spinning processes, drilling, tapping, and pressing. **Business Overview** [Headquarters] ○ Playback NC Spinning Machine Model 400 → NC control allows for the spinning of various metal materials into any shape, from 10φ to 500φ. → As it is a machining process, it enables a reduction in processing time and quality control. ○ Manual Spinning Lathe → Spinning (spoon spinning) of all shapes that are impossible with machines, from small to large items, is performed manually. → Special techniques such as free spinning without molds are employed for spinning processing. [Second Factory] ○ Pressing Area → A wide variety of hole processing and spinning processing from 5 tons to 110 tons is carried out. → Press molds and repairs are conducted in-house as much as possible. ○ Playback NC Spinning Machine Model 1000 → Spinning processing from 50φ to 1000φ is performed. → Computer control ensures stable product dimension consistency. → The computer continuously reproduces artisan techniques to produce products. → Quality checks by artisans are not neglected, and constant monitoring is conducted to improve product quality.
