【Other Features】 - We prepare 2 to 4 types of vibration-damping materials for each size, minimizing size differences even under different loads. - Flexible combinations of connection methods (medium-duty type): The medium-duty type allows for combinations of male and female threads. - Built-in stopper mechanism (heavy-duty type): A stopper mechanism is built in to respond to large shakes such as those caused by earthquakes. - Additionally, there are medium-duty types (11kgf to 320kgf) with flexible combinations of connection methods and heavy-duty types (41kgf to 1500kgf) with built-in stopper mechanisms to prevent large shakes. The base material, ether-based foam polyurethane vibration-damping material, has a low natural frequency when a load is applied, providing high vibration-damping performance. It also exhibits excellent durability against water, moisture, oil, and grease, as well as resistance to ozone and ultraviolet light, with over 30 years of proven performance in various fields such as railways, construction, and industry.
