Measurement of Antistatic Effect of Biomicelle BN-77 Composite Olefin Resin Injection Molding Products
The new internal blending type antistatic agent "Biomisel BN-77" was stabilized at 2% in a PE and PP matrix, and the master pellets manufactured by OK Kasei Co., Ltd. were diluted with the base resin to three different test concentrations before conducting injection molding. This was carried out to reliably and accurately observe the presence or absence of antistatic effects using a simple method. [Measurement Equipment] Based on over 40 years of research on antistatic agents, the consistency of measurement values has been confirmed in separate research papers and practical examples of "Biomisel BN-77" for olefin resins. For this measurement, we used the Shimco Japan Co., Ltd. ST-4 surface resistance meter, which is user-friendly among the following devices: the American EST Co. model 873 surface resistance meter, the Mitsubishi Chemical Analytech Co., Ltd. Hylester UP-MCP-HT450 resistivity meter, and the Shimco Japan Co., Ltd. ST-4 surface resistance meter. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
