The integrated system includes a built-in PoE switch, a hard disk for video recording, and client applications (including monitoring software). The user-friendly Meridian VMS software offers digital zoom, camera tours, motorized lens control, and smart video search to quickly find recorded footage using thumbnails and event searches. Automatic updates to the latest software are available online.

When connected to DVTEL's IP cameras, automatic configuration is performed, allowing for the easy establishment of an optimal system for efficient monitoring without the hassle of pre-configuration (plug-and-play functionality). The Meridian plug-and-play system offers: • No need for network switches or PoE supplying devices • Faster and easier setup • Simplified client setup and operation The 4-port and 16-port Meridian units come equipped with a network video recorder, high-power PoE with Ethernet switch functionality, and video management software with automatic setup capabilities. Meridian is a plug-and-play system that automatically configures power (PoE) supply, IP address assignment, motion detection settings, and is ready to record immediately upon connection to the camera, without burdening the operator. For standalone system setups, builders do not need to separately provide switches, routers, software, or recording servers. Large-scale system construction through integration with multiple Meridians is also possible.
