This is a microbubble nozzle and pump unit specialized for plating processing. It is a product developed in collaboration with Haibic Hirata Co., Ltd., a company specializing in plating, and its effectiveness has been proven in actual field applications. By simply installing the high-speed rotary microbubble nozzle in the tank and connecting it to the pump unit and hose, fine bubble/microbubble agitation can be easily achieved. It can be used as is without modifying existing equipment, making it easy to implement and cost-effective. The optimal and uniform agitation provided by fine bubbles/microbubbles eliminates processing inconsistencies and improves appearance quality. It also contributes to reducing wastewater load and liquid renewal costs. As for application fields, it can be utilized in various electroplating, electroless plating, chemical treatment, anodizing, and many other plating and surface treatment processes. Additionally, there is a specification that includes a nitrogen gas generation mechanism, which is an inert gas! This allows for fine bubble/microbubble agitation while preventing liquid degradation and alteration!
