The PEKURIS COAT is a film deposition device developed independently by Kurita Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which uses plasma ion implantation for film formation. By introducing gas into a vacuum and applying pulse RF and high-voltage pulses to the substrate itself, it is possible to generate plasma in a manner that follows the shape of the workpiece (substrate).
