Compatible with various manufacturing lines and device integrations. ● The sensor head alone can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. Achieved heat resistance of 180°C for the sensor head and cable. There is no need for water cooling even in high-temperature environments. (Low and medium temperature models are rated for 100°C) ● Equipped with a water-repellent and oil-repellent coated lens. The adhesion of water and oil films on the lens surface greatly affects not only measurement accuracy but also maintenance. Thanks to a unique lens coating, even a small amount of oil can be easily blown away with air purge or wiped off lightly to keep the lens surface clean. ● Industry-leading waterproof performance. In harsh manufacturing lines where environmental performance is required, water and dust can cause sensor failures. The compact non-contact radiation temperature sensor meets the protection level IP69K as specified by the German standard DIN40050-9. It can be used without issues in sterilization high-pressure washing and other applications.
