【Features】 [Crane-type Manual Line] ○ Available processing: White anodizing, black anodizing, hard anodizing ○ Maximum possible dimensions → Width 450 × Length 1,400 × Height 1,100 mm (white/black) → Width 300 × Length 900 × Height 800 mm (hard) 【Notes】 ○ Dimension tolerance should consider approximately ±25% tolerance relative to the specified coating thickness. ○ About coating thickness characteristics → Anodizing treatment involves the aluminum substrate dissolving in the anodizing bath during processing, resulting in a layer that is twice the thickness of the oxidized layer being deposited. → Therefore, considering that about 1/2 of the coating thickness increases the aluminum substrate, machining finishing is necessary. ○ If re-anodizing is requested, the thickness of the anodized coating will be approximately 1/2 smaller than the original dimensions. ○ The finished color may vary depending on the type of aluminum alloy and the thickness of the coating. ○ For black anodizing, if a deeper black is desired, a coating thickness of approximately 15 microns or more is required. ○ If metals other than aluminum are welded or joined to the parts, processing cannot be performed. *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
