We specialize in machining using NC lathes and cam-type automatic lathes, processing parts for various industries such as medical devices, OA equipment components, fire protection equipment parts, automotive parts, and air conditioning equipment components. 【Machining Range】 We can handle bar materials from φ1.0 to φ50 (up to φ10 for cam-type automatic lathes). When using cut materials, we can accommodate up to φ70. Additionally, we also provide various surface treatments (outsourced) such as plating and hardening. 【Machining Materials】 We excel in various metal materials including brass, aluminum, stainless steel, SGD400, SUM, carbon steel (such as S45C), and molybdenum steel (such as SCM415), and we also handle products made from environmentally friendly materials (cadmium-free, lead-free). Furthermore, we have substantial experience in processing resin materials such as POM and PTFE.
