The Sackback-type poppet valve E-V12 series has expanded the inlet for liquid materials to Rc1/4, allowing for an increase in discharge volume. A diaphragm (fluororesin type, PTFE) is used for the upper seal of the liquid contact area, preventing liquid materials from leaking into the drive body. The sackback effect eliminates dripping of high-viscosity liquid materials. The discharge volume can be adjusted to dispense even minute amounts using the adjustment dial.
