In the electromagnetic diaphragm valve ED-V50 series, the inlet and outlet for liquid materials are M6. The upper seal of the wetted part uses a diaphragm (fluororesin-based, PTFE), preventing liquid materials from flowing into the drive body. Depending on the liquid content, all wetted fittings, tubes, and needles can be piped using resin or Teflon materials. For the materials that come into contact with the fluid (wetted part materials), highly corrosion-resistant PCTFE and PTFE are used, making it suitable for a wide range of fluids.
