The standard type fan filter unit integrates a HEPA filter and a blower fan, drawing in and pressurizing external air with the fan, and supplying clean air indoors through the HEPA filter. Various types with different processing air volumes are available. The dust collection efficiency is over 99.97% for 0.3μm particles, with a pre-filter made of non-woven fabric and a main filter that is a HEPA filter. The main body is made of steel plate with a baked paint finish, and the outlet is a painted steel plate perforated panel with a diameter of Φ3-P5.
