Four types of trigger patterns can be set. Supports serial data up to a maximum of 32 bits. Input threshold levels can be set independently for SENA, SDATA, and SCLK. Input can be set in 0.1V steps for single-ended signals ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V). Observation communication speed: 100MHz (Max.). Input probe uses a passive probe (10:1).
