The SV series solenoid valves manufactured by Circle Seal Company (CSC) can be used from vacuum to high pressure.
The SV series solenoid valves are products developed for aerospace equipment and onboard use, and are utilized in various general industrial applications. They are based on a three-way, two-position valve that can be used from vacuum up to a maximum operating pressure of 41.4 MPa. The internal and external leakage characteristics are extremely excellent, and it is generally acceptable to consider them as zero leakage. The fluids can include air, as well as a variety of gases and liquids, and the body materials can be selected from stainless steel, brass, and aluminum.
