The thermocouples used for temperature measurement generate a voltage corresponding to temperature due to the difference in thermoelectric potential when two different metals are joined together, and it is a technology that detects the amount of free electrons moving between the two contact points of dissimilar metals. Therefore, if a standard copper contact pin is used as the connection terminal, differences in electron flow will occur, making accurate temperature measurement impossible. In contrast, Globe-Tech can propose a thermocouple-specific connector that enables accurate temperature measurement by using special metals utilized in thermocouples (compensating wires) for the material of the contact pins. Additionally, Globe-Tech's connectors can be customized by changing the internal contact pins and insulators to match various specifications, allowing them to be used as dedicated connectors that gain absolute reliability.
