The use of the AEDR-8500 device has achieved an output resolution of 0.005mm. By using a photomask made of PET resin, the processing accuracy is guaranteed to be within 1 micron (at the time of manufacture). The end of the scale, measuring 480mm by 5mm in width, is equipped with a home position output section, allowing for three-phase output of A phase, B phase, and Z phase with a single head. Additionally, the linear scale can be cut to any desired length for use. Please secure the linear scale with double-sided tape.
