It is possible to stack or supply to a conveyor while inverting the top plate.

A device that stacks the panels one by one onto a cart while inverting them, or supplies the panels to a conveyor from the cart while inverting them. Previously, cases required both an inverter and a panel stacker or an inverter and a panel feeder, but this single unit solves that. 1. A device that loads or transfers flat press tops from the conveyor to the cart or from the cart to the conveyor while inverting them. 2. Traditionally, after inverting the tops with an inverter, the operation of loading them onto the cart with a top stacker has been made possible with this single machine. 3. By eliminating the need for an inverter, we have achieved space-saving on the line. 4. When transferring from the cart to the conveyor, it is now possible to perform forward transfer with just this one machine, without needing two machines: a forward inverter and a top feeder. 5. When transferring the tops, they are held by suction pads and resin clamps, making the operation very quiet and hygienic (an electromagnetic type is also available).
