Cr Coating (Chrome Coating) Chrome has excellent wettability and affinity, allowing it to form chromium carbide on the surface of diamond abrasive grains through sintering. Furthermore, the chrome coating improves the strength and corrosion resistance of the diamond abrasive grains.

W Coating (Tungsten Coating) Tungsten easily bonds with the bond, so the tungsten layer enhances the bonding strength between the diamond abrasive grains and the bond. Tungsten and diamond abrasive grains form tungsten carbide, which is a main component of hard alloys, providing excellent wear resistance and thermal conductivity. In particular, this excellent thermal conductivity quickly transmits the heat generated during work, preventing the carbonization of the diamond abrasive grains and extending the tool's lifespan. It is applied in the manufacturing of cutting tools for reinforced concrete.
