  Ni Coating Our company offers two types of coatings: electrophoretic coating and chemical coating. Nickel-coated products are applied to the resin bond system. Generally, 30wt%, 55wt%, or 60wt% is used for electrophoretic nickel coating.

• 

  Cu Coating (Copper Coating) It is suitable for soft bond applications. The copper coating layer reduces high-temperature corrosion through the retention of diamond abrasives, effectively extending the tool's lifespan.

  Ti Coating (Titanium Coating) The titanium coating layer enhances the retention of synthetic diamond abrasives in the bond matrix, mitigates thermal shock, prevents oxidation and graphitization of the diamond abrasives, and extends the product's lifespan.

  Cr Coating (Chrome Coating) Chrome has excellent wettability and affinity, so it forms chromium carbide on the surface of diamond abrasives through sintering. This chromium carbide enhances the retention of diamond abrasives and increases the bonding strength between the abrasives and the bond. Then, the chrome coat improves the strength and corrosion resistance of the diamond abrasives.

  Silicon Coating The silicon layer enhances the thermal stability and wear resistance of diamond abrasives and prevents the corrosion of the metal iron. Additionally, the chemical layer improves the bonding and retention strength of the abrasives, as well as thermal stability, thereby extending the tool's lifespan and improving processing quality.

  Co Coating (Cobalt Coating) The cobalt layer enhances the static pressure strength and retention of diamond abrasive grains. Additionally, the cobalt on the surface increases the temperature at which the diamond abrasive grains undergo graphitization, expanding the necessary temperature range for the sintering of diamond tools.

  W Coating (Tungsten Coating) Tungsten easily bonds with the bond, so the tungsten layer enhances the bonding strength between the diamond abrasive grains and the bond. Tungsten and diamond abrasive grains form tungsten carbide, which is the main component of hard alloys, exhibiting excellent wear resistance and thermal conductivity. In particular, this excellent thermal conductivity quickly transmits the heat generated during work, preventing the carbonization of the diamond abrasive grains and extending the tool's lifespan. It is applied in the manufacturing of cutting tools for reinforced concrete.

  TNE Coating (Titanium and Nickel Electrodeposited Coating) is a product coated with spike-shaped nickel alloy. The coating layer enhances the retention of synthetic diamond abrasives in the bond matrix, mitigates thermal shock, and prevents oxidation and graphitization. The spike-shaped nickel alloy on the surface increases the weight of the diamond abrasives, improves sharpness, enhances cutting efficiency, and extends the tool's lifespan.
