■Features ●Covers 0.100 to 1309.995 MHz Covers 0.100 to 1309.995 MHz (excluding certain frequency bands) with FM/WFM/AM. You can enjoy various receptions from radio broadcasting to air band and various utility radios. ●BTL Circuit & Large Speaker The low-frequency output circuit features a BTL amplifier, and with the addition of a large 36mm speaker, it achieves a loud output of over 150mW. Comfortable reception is possible even outdoors or in a car. ●Power Save Function Equipped with a power save function that significantly shortens the detection time for the presence of received signals, reducing current consumption. Additionally, when in AUTO selection mode, if there is no signal for about one minute after power save starts, it automatically changes the duty cycle to reduce battery drain during standby. ●Approximately 19 hours of reception with alkaline batteries Achieves about 15 hours of reception with the included Ni-MH (nickel-metal hydride) battery. With alkaline batteries, it significantly exceeds the approximately 10 hours of the IC-R5 (when using alkaline batteries), providing about 19 hours of reception.
