  PCD sintered body The PCD sintered body is a product that is sintered with micron diamond abrasives on a hard substrate using high-temperature and high-pressure technology. The PCD sintered body is a cutting tool material that combines the excellent properties of natural diamond, such as high hardness, wear resistance, and low friction coefficient, with the impact strength characteristics of the hard substrate. To suit various applications, our company can provide PCD sintered bodies with different shapes and sizes.

  PCBN sintered body The PCBN sintered body is a composite hard material that is sintered with polycrystalline CBN on a hard substrate using high-temperature and high-pressure technology. The PCBN sintered body combines the excellent high hardness, wear resistance, and thermal stability of CBN with the high toughness of the hard substrate, making it ideal as a material for cutting tools for high-hardness iron and non-ferrous metals. Our PCBN sintered body improves cutting speed, enabling high-speed cutting and is suitable for continuous processing.   TSP (Thermal Stable Polycrystalline) In the same high-temperature and high-pressure environment, TSP has difficulty bonding with polycrystalline diamond and PCD products. TSP possesses wear resistance and thermal stability; when temperatures reach 1200 degrees, the adhesive properties of TSP itself are inert, resulting in TSP having the same coefficient as diamond. TSP is applicable to milling bits and oil drilling bits. Compared to natural diamonds, TSP is lower in cost and offers a higher work rate.
