The valve structure adopts a ball valve method, resulting in low fluid resistance, and the opening and closing is easy with a 90° handle rotation (1/4 turn)!
The screw-in ball valves from Ichigen Metal Industry (EMICO) adopt a ball valve structure, resulting in low fluid resistance and easy opening and closing with a 90° rotation of the handle (1/4 turn). The materials in contact with the fluid are SUS and PTFE, which provide excellent corrosion resistance, and the low number of components contributes to superior cost performance. Additionally, the compact valve shape allows for installation in tight spaces. Our factories in Taiwan and Shanghai have already obtained ISO, PED CE QA system certifications, and our lost-wax precision casting factory, which we established, has also received certifications such as API-607 fire safety certification, AGA certification (Australian Gas Association certified), TA-Luft Fugitive Emission Certificate, UL/CUL Approval Cryogenic Test Approval, and ATEX. ◆◆ We have Japanese staff available, so please feel free to contact us for product details and inquiries. ◆◆

Founded in 1984, we became the first valve manufacturer in Taiwan to obtain ISO 9002 certification. Subsequently, we acquired PED/CE quality certification and have a wealth of OEM production experience with oil brands such as ExxonMobil and Shell, as well as food manufacturers like Coca-Cola and Hershey's. In the Japanese market, we have established strong partnerships with companies like Hitachi Metals and Kurimoto Iron Works. In 2002, we established a factory in Shanghai, China, achieving a wide range of products from low-end to high-end. Through EPC projects both domestically and internationally, we provide our own brand EMICO products to many end-users in petrochemical plants, food manufacturing equipment, and water treatment. Furthermore, in 2010, we expanded our operations in Taiwan by adding a casting factory, aiming for a consistent production system from raw materials to processing and reducing delivery times. In 2019, we installed ultra-high temperature and ultra-low temperature durability equipment in-house and are actively engaged in design research to obtain fire safety certification. We conduct thorough leak testing on all products and are constantly working to improve quality control. *It takes 50 minutes by high-speed train from Taipei to Taichung Station, and 40 minutes by car from the station to the factory. We welcome you to visit our factory.
