Vibrate the crushing cylinder to move the medium inside.
The vibration mill of Chuo Kogyo Co., Ltd. is widely used across various industries, including ceramics, metals, food, pharmaceuticals, and new materials. It is not only capable of fine grinding but also excels in medium grinding, dispersion, precise mixing, disintegration, and mechanochemical applications, among others. Its excellent performance has received high praise from various sectors. Additionally, in response to the recent trend towards finer materials, we have prepared various types of materials. The vibration mill broadly belongs to the category of ball mills; however, unlike traditional ball mills that rotate a drum (grinding cylinder) containing grinding media, the vibration mill vibrates the grinding cylinder, causing the media inside to move. A fixed unbalanced weight on the shaft generates centrifugal force through its rotation, which causes the entire spring to vibrate at high speed. This vibrational energy is transmitted to the media (balls or rods) in the grinding cylinder, resulting in intense impacts and friction between the media and the inner wall of the cylinder, as well as between the media themselves, leading to fine grinding in a short time. Consequently, the grinding force of the vibration mill is significantly greater than that of conventional rotary ball mills, with values ranging from 6 to 10G compared to 1G, achieving grinding capabilities that are 10 to 20 times greater. Founded in 1946 as Nagoya Chemical Machinery Works with the aim of designing and manufacturing fermentation and distillation equipment for alcoholic beverages, it was subsequently developed and dissolved in March 1950, leading to the establishment of Chuo Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. Focusing on the field of general chemical equipment, we have worked to improve and accumulate technology, achieving results in a wide range of areas up to the present day.
