[Series Catalog Available] Capable of drying a wide range of materials from slurries to pastes! A vibration dryer that is easy to clean and resistant to foreign matter.
The "Vibration Dryer" is a unique vibration dryer that fluidizes powder and granular materials solely through vibration and dries them using indirect heating. There are two standard types: VU type and VH type. ■ VU Type This type is suitable for batch processing of small to medium quantities when there is a wide variation in the properties of the material being processed and the amount being charged due to the progress of drying. ■ VH Type This type shows stable fluidization when the charge amount is 60-80% of the dryer’s capacity. If the amount is reduced, there is a tendency for the fluidization to deteriorate, making it suitable for medium to large-scale processing with low moisture content. It can accommodate a variety of conditions and applications, including drying of nanoparticles, drying from low to high temperatures, and drying a wide range of materials from slurries to pastes. Currently, we are offering a product catalog that summarizes the vibration dryer series. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us through our website.
