This is a chamfering machine that automatically performs chamfering and deburring of various types of workpieces and gears. Since it processes the chamfer while following the side of the workpiece, programming and positioning are unnecessary, and the chamfer dimensions remain constant even if there are variations in the dimensions and shapes of the workpieces. The amount of chamfering can be easily adjusted through manual operation, and by attaching an optional brush unit, simultaneous brushing (to address secondary burrs caused by tool wear) can also be performed.
