At NiKKi Fron's Precision Machinery Assembly Division, we operate as a cooperative factory for "Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.," a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molding machines. We assemble and manufacture various electric and hydraulic injection molding machines, which are customized according to the user's equipment environment and intended purpose. Each machine consists of approximately 3,000 parts, requiring special assembly for each unit. We accurately assemble a wide range of components, responding to trust with our unique process management and quality control systems. Additionally, due to our experience in assembling injection molding machines, we are equipped with electrical technology capable of handling hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, allowing us to also provide overhaul and maintenance services for general industrial machinery. Our workspace is equipped with various cranes, including a maximum 20-ton crane, enabling us to handle products ranging from small to large, and we can also perform special treatments involving coating and adhesion.
