The high-performance ion generation function achieves a static elimination speed of 0.2 seconds (one-tenth of conventional products). The illustration on the left shows a gate system for removing charged dust in the pre-painting process of vehicle bodies, using six Super Ion Air Knives. It reduces painting defects caused by dust.

Even with a compressed air supply pressure of 5.5 BAR, it achieves an astonishing quietness of 69 dBA in any application. The air amplification ratio is 40 times. It complies with the end pressure and noise standards set by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
