The cherry blossom seal for O-rings offers a variety of production methods, including integrated molds, feed baking, and vulcanization bonding, allowing for the molding of large-diameter O-rings made from diverse materials.
In addition to the general materials based on JIS standards, we also produce large-diameter O-rings using various high-performance materials from the "Floro Power Series," which features Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) at its peak, as well as the "Floro Up Series," characterized by low adhesion, low friction, low sticking, and low outgassing. We support optimal O-ring procurement with a variety of molding methods.

basic information
In the molding of O-rings with a large inner diameter, various methods can be chosen in addition to integral molds. While production using integral molds is often reasonable for general materials according to JIS standards, for large-diameter O-rings made from expensive materials like the Fluoro Power series, using a feeding vulcanization method can help distribute the risk of defects and potentially lower costs. Please consider the conditions and select the O-ring produced using the optimal method.
