Optical technology-based fine laser soldering system
This is a high-spec micro laser soldering system suitable for joining fine components and adjacent components with narrow pitches. It features a unique optical system that allows for sharp laser irradiation angles and long focal lengths, and the beam spot diameter and shape can be freely selected. Additionally, it is possible to use a temperature control unit for laser output control, enabling laser soldering at unprecedented temperatures. Of course, since it is a laser unit from Apollo Seiko, it can perform laser soldering with solder wire.

Detailed information
-
Application Joining Example <Microlaser using Optical Technology> It enables extremely small beam spots, sharp laser irradiation angles, and long focal lengths, and allows for free selection of beam spot diameter and spot shape. It is ideal for fine components and narrow-pitch components, making it perfect for high-density mounting.
-
Temperature Control Function (Optional) The temperature measurement of the soldering area is performed non-contact, and by feeding back the temperature to the laser output, it is possible to maintain a constant temperature at the joint. This enables soldering that was difficult to achieve with conventional laser soldering, especially when the conditions on the opposite side of the laser vary individually. *The graph shows control data based on the conditions of our test board.
-
Easy positioning and program settings The coaxial alignment of the laser's optical axis and the CCD camera allows for easy precise positioning of the laser. Additionally, the laser output and irradiation time are clearly displayed on a waveform graph, and various output condition programs can be easily set up using the LCD touch panel.
-
Beam shape variable function The laser irradiation shape can be set according to the parts.
