It also contributes to the stability of soldering and improves wettability, helping to reduce defects. It is ideal for high-melting-point lead-free solder. - High concentration nitrogen gas By using a high-performance permeable membrane, a nitrogen gas concentration of 99% is achieved (when the nitrogen gas flow rate is 0.5 l/min). N2 gas passes through the inside of the standard soldering tip, providing a preheating effect due to the naturally heated N2 gas, which helps shorten the tact time. - Compact design, durable for 24-hour operation This is a compact design that can be directly installed on our soldering unit. Despite its compact body, it can operate for 24 hours.
