The Beckman Coulter Microfuge series of microcentrifuges is a compact centrifuge specialized for microtubes. The Microfuge 20R offers a powerful cooling capability (maintainable at 4°C) with a maximum processing capacity of 36 tubes, while the non-refrigerated Microfuge 20 is a small centrifuge with a compact footprint that also provides strong cooling capability (maintainable at 4°C) and operates on a 100V power supply. It can centrifuge sizes of 0.25, 0.4, 1.5, and 2.0 mL, and can simultaneously process four 8-strip PCR tubes.
