Detailed information
-
Ni Coating Our company offers two types of coatings: electrodeposition coating and chemical coating. Nickel-coated products are applied in a resin bond system. Generally, we perform electrodeposition nickel coating at 30wt%, 55wt%, or 60wt%.
-
Cu Coating (Copper Coating) Suitable for soft bond applications. The copper coating layer reduces high-temperature corrosion through the retention of diamond abrasive particles, effectively extending the tool's lifespan.
-
Titanium Coating The titanium coating layer enhances the retention of synthetic diamond abrasives in the bond matrix, alleviates thermal shock, prevents oxidation and graphitization of the diamond abrasives, and extends the product's lifespan.
-
Cr Coating (Chrome Coating) Chrome has excellent wettability and affinity, allowing it to form chromium carbide on the surface of diamond abrasives through sintering. This chromium carbide enhances the retention of diamond abrasives and increases the bonding strength between the abrasives and the bond. Furthermore, the chrome coating improves the strength and corrosion resistance of the diamond abrasives.
-
Co Coating (Cobalt Coating) The cobalt layer enhances the static pressure strength and retention of diamond abrasives. Additionally, the surface cobalt increases the temperature at which diamond abrasives become graphitized, expanding the necessary temperature range for the sintering of diamond tools.
-
W Coating (Tungsten Coating) Tungsten easily bonds with the bond, so the tungsten layer enhances the bonding strength between the diamond abrasive grains and the bond. Tungsten and diamond abrasive grains form tungsten carbide, which is a primary component of hard alloys, providing excellent wear resistance and thermal conductivity. In particular, this excellent thermal conductivity quickly transmits the heat generated during work, preventing the carbonization of the diamond abrasive grains and extending the tool's lifespan. It is applied in the manufacturing of cutting tools for reinforced concrete.
-
TNC Coating (Titanium and Nickel Chemical Coating) It is a nickel alloy coated product. The surface of the groove structure can enhance the holding power of synthetic diamonds in the coating layer and bond matrix. Composite coating products reduce the amount of diamond abrasives used and wear, extending the tool's lifespan.
-
TNE Coating (Titanium and Nickel Electrodeposition Coating) This is a spike-shaped nickel alloy coated product. The coating layer enhances the holding power of synthetic diamond abrasives in the bond matrix, mitigates thermal shock, and prevents oxidation and graphitization. The surface's spike-shaped nickel alloy increases the weight of the diamond abrasives, improves sharpness, enhances cutting efficiency, and extends the tool's lifespan.
-
Micron Coating Our company is a leading provider of advanced micron coating technology in China. Our micron coatings have good dispersibility and are difficult to crack. Generally, we can provide micron coatings for titanium, nickel, and copper. Our 30% nickel-coated wire micron is very popular in the global market.
